Heritage apples

I’m a little late in publishing, so I’m the meantime here is a look at the heritage apples we are lucky to have growing here on the farm.

Organic, though we await certification, the varieties are old and some long forgotten. Long foxtail grass, sedge and rye grows between the trees, bees buzz busily from their hives..

I’ll walk you through the orchard later this evening.
